How To Correctly Receive Your Shipments
1. Count the number of cartons.
2. Inspect all cartons and make sure that they are all in excellent condition. If there are any holes, dents, scrapes, creases,
watermarks, abrasions etc. to any carton, you have the right to either:
a. Request a thorough inspection of the contents before signing the freight bill - OR -
b. You should list any/all damages to each carton on the freight bill, before you sign for the shipment
This inspection and the notes made are your “insurance” that will save you $$ if the goods inside are found to be
damaged after the shipper is gone. If no notes are made, you are signing that “The Goods Have Been Received in
Good Condition”. A freight bill/receipt without notes means that the carrier is released from any losses or damages if
something is broken inside a carton.
3. Call HorizonHCS immediately to report any shortages or damage.

with any additional promotions or discounts.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty Repairs
All returns, exchanges and warranty repairs must have prior authorization or credit will not be issued or repair work will not be
completed. Call 1-866-740-2110 for authorization, return address information and procedures. Pre-authorized returns
must be returned within 30-days of the invoice to receive credit. Returns received after 30 days of the invoice date may be subject
to restocking fees and are subject to credit on account only. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable
condition, or restocking fees may apply. Credit will only be issued after a thorough inspection of returned goods is completed.
Credits are valid for one year from date of issuance.
Personal use items cannot be returned if used. HorizonHCS assumes no responsibility for any merchandise that is lost or
damaged by unauthorized return. All freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless items are defective or damaged
during shipment (See “How To Correctly Receive Your Shipment” above). All items received that are damaged or defective must
be reported to HorizonHCS within 48 hours of receipt. Custom Items are non-returnable. On customer arranged return
shipments, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that items are returned to their proper destination and are responsible for
keeping tracking numbers and proof of delivery if needed. On return shipments via call tag, it is the customer’s responsibility to
have the item(s) packaged with the correct return address within 24 hours of receiving return authorization and that the package
be accessible by the carrier completing the pick up. HorizonHCS recommends that on large orders, one item be ordered in
advance to ensure it meets the requirements of the buyer. Returns on large orders may be subject to warehouse restocking fees.

All shipments are FOB origin with all shipping & handling charges prepaid and added to the invoice. Shipping quotes may vary
slightly based upon the actual carton size and weight including shipping components.
Your contact information will not be sold or rented to any third parties. By placing an order with HorizonHCS, you do so as an
authorized agent of your facility/company and you agree to receive future promotions, which includes but are not limited to
catalogs, mailers, faxes and emails unless you request to be removed from our lists.
